b. Third-Party Terms: Your use of these APIs is additionally governed by the respective policies and agreements of OpenAI and Google. We do not control and are not responsible for the practices or content provided by these APIs.
c. No Endorsement: Use of the third-party APIs does not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with OpenAI or Google.

a. “As Is” Basis: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
b. No Warranty on Third-Party Services: We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of results provided by the ChatGPT or Gemini APIs.
c. Limitation on Reliance: Users acknowledge that the AI-generated content may be imperfect or inaccurate and should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lattice, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Nevada, subject to any mandatory arbitration provisions required by law.
